After I reached a certain phrase of life, you know metabolism and dieting doesn't work on you anymore. Cellulitis, love handles and uneven tone comes to make friend whether I like it or not. But doesn't mean there's no way to reverse all these horrible inevitable happenings. Got sound scary not? I mean if you look at me even half naked, its just another amusement Park of bouncy castle and roller coster lor! And after the hundred times how your own parents and husband, even son says 'fat' to your face. I know this is it! Let's get this bod back!

And thru online sharing I managed to find out that @auramiracles_sg LIPOMASSAGE LIPOLYSIS treatment not only helps to contour your figure, it also even out the skin tone and heals scars (if you have la) too!
It's a curriculation of 10 hours of exercise thru each 35mins lipomassage session. Meaning the Lipolysis continues to take part after 10 hours too! It's a build up of detox of the lymph nodes as well!
The session was fairly straightforward, it's using the patented technology of LPG machine, on a suction, rolling and moving around the target areas to release the stubborn fats to detox thru the body by continuing to drink at least 2Litres of water after each session!
Honestly some target areas, liked the more water retention or lymphatic node area will definitely feel more sore or discomfort during the maneuvers but I really felt more lighter and relaxed after the entire treatment! It's liked post natal massage but more effective!

What does the word beautiful mean to you?
The concept of this video, The master of Beauty, we talk about how beautiful Japan is, how humble people are, the delicious food, landscapes, temples, different seasons- Sakura! Firework festivals- Japan has way too many too many beautiful things. We portrait all the beautiful elements through the moments and expressions! Beautiful has ways to many meaning and it is up to you how you see or use the word. For me, beautiful people are the real ones and beauty comes from within.
Dews- or Aura dews, a soft and airy light texture, small ✨ glittery pigments for highlighting. I apply to the cheek bones, eyes and bridge of the nose. Personally this is my favorite product by @shiseido because it gives out the real aura and it doesn’t look dry on the skin unlike other highlighters products. It’s prettier in real life as well. You can apply straight to bare eyelids or on top of eyeshadow for a more glam look. For me, adding abit of sparkles, it brings the inner aura out of you ☺️

There are 3 levels of a woman's makeup:
The lowest level is to literally apply makeup on your face but this can only create a visual chemical effect.
The medium level is to love yourself, meaning a lifestyle change --- enough sleep, proper exercise and nutrition thus improving your skin from the inside, it's better than any amount of makeup on your face.
The highest level is to change your aura completely; less gossip, more study and critical thinking; to have self-love and pride, sense of humour and confidence; to be optimistic and altruistic, these kind of women don't even need a drop of makeup, they just glow naturally.
We need all of them ^^
